Birth to Baby Bootcamp
In-person, 8 hrs over a weekend
Evidence-based information to cover the essentials of labour, birth, baby care, and postpartum care.
Topics include:
-Labour: signs of labour, when to go to the hospital, labour positions, coping and comfort strategies, pain management, medical interventions
-Birth: partner support, vaginal birth, cesarean section, immediate newborn interventions
-Baby care: feeding, diapering and bathing, safe sleep
Also includes 1 month of text support.
Takes place on a weekend (see calendar below for dates) at St. Margaret's Bay Community Enterprise Centre, Unit 1, 5229 St. Margaret's Bay Road.
Price: $199 plus HST

Can I bring a support person?
Of course! Each registration is for two people - a currently or recently pregnant person + a support person.
